What products do you sell?

Fuix offers a curated selection of shoes, bags, accessories, sportswear, and eyewear from well-known international brands. Our catalog is carefully selected to ensure quality, authenticity, and reliability.


Are your products authentic?

Yes. All products sold on Fuix are 100% new, original, and authentic. We source from authorized distributors and trusted suppliers. We do not sell replicas, refurbished items, or used products.


Are all products brand new?

Yes. All products are brand new unless explicitly stated otherwise.


Are you an authorized reseller?

We work with authorized distributors and trusted suppliers. Product authenticity is guaranteed through our sourcing from authorized distributors and trusted suppliers, even when brand authorization is not publicly listed.


How can I check product availability?

Product availability is displayed on each product page. If a product or size is out of stock, it cannot be added to the cart.


Do you sell the same products in Europe and the United States?

Some products may be available in both regions. Others are market-specific due to inventory availability, logistics, pricing policies, or brand restrictions.


Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Digital wallets (when available)
  • Other secure payment methods shown at checkout

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted connections.


Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Fuix does not store credit card details. All transactions are handled by PCI-compliant, certified payment providers.


When will I be charged?

Your payment is charged at the time the order is placed.


Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?

At this time, only one payment method per order is supported.


Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. Available shipping destinations and options are shown during checkout.


How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: typically 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: if available, delivery times will be shown at checkout

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, and external factors.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on delivery address, selected shipping method, and order value. Any applicable promotions or free-shipping thresholds will be displayed before payment.


Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.


Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to change the shipping address, contact us immediately. Once the order has shipped, changes are no longer possible.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • original packaging and tags are intact
  • the product is returned in resellable condition

Some items (for example hygiene-sensitive products or final sale items) may be non-returnable. For full details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.


How do I request a return?

Please include (if available):

  • order number
  • reason for return
  • photos (only if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Who pays for return shipping?

Unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If the return is approved due to our error, we will provide instructions and, when applicable, a return label.


When will I receive my refund?

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt at our warehouse to the original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different item, size, or color, you must return the original item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order.


What if the size doesn’t fit?

If the size does not fit, you may request a return in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for a different size or item.


Orders & Account

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You may complete your purchase as a guest. Creating an account allows you to track orders, save shipping details, and view order history.


Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.


I didn’t receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us with your name and order details.


Warranty & Issues

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos and your order number. We will assist you with a replacement or refund, according to our policies.


Do products include a warranty?

Warranty coverage depends on the brand and product type. Any applicable manufacturer warranty information is provided with the product or upon request.
