Shipping cost: shipping is free on orders within the United States, unless specific exceptions are shown during checkout.
Order processing: orders are prepared within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery time: standard delivery generally takes 3-7 business days, depending on destination and assigned carrier.
Tracking: once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information, when available for the shipping service used.
Shipping area: Fuix USA currently serves customers in the United States. For orders in Europe or outside the United States, please visit fuix.com.
Returns
Return window: you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Product condition: products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and in original packaging when available.
Voluntary return cost: for voluntary returns, the return cost is $8.90 and may be deducted from the refund amount.
Incorrect, defective or non-conforming item: if you receive an incorrect, defective or non-conforming item, the return is free of charge and handled by us.

Refund: refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after receiving and checking the returned product, using the original payment method whenever possible.
